When do I need to pay?

Payment for our tours are made upon reservation, at which point you will receive confirmation via email.

What is your cancellation policy?
Group Day Tours can be cancelled by the customer 48 hours prior to the departure via email for a full refund minus a 10% administration and processing fee or change of date free of charge (subject to availability).
Multi-day group tours (except packages) can be cancelled 1 week in advance via email for a full refund minus a 10% administration and payment processing fee or change of date free of charge(subject to availability).
Package tours can be cancelled subject to the tiered system below;
– Up to 1 week before departure – Partial 50% refund or change of date (subject to availability and any difference in price)
– Up to 2 weeks before departure – Partial 80% refund or change of date (subject to availability and any difference in price)
– Up to 1 month before departure – Full refund, minus 10% administration and payment processing fee or change of date.
Private Tours can be cancelled at the discretion of the Abraham Private Tours team, but no less than 2 weeks in advance via email for a full refund, minus a 10% administration and refund fee.

Cancellations after this period will depend on the circumstances, so please discuss any unexpected situation which has occurred with an Abraham Tours representative.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Abraham Hostel in Jerusalem (Hanevi’im 67) and Abraham Hostel in Tel Aviv (Levontin St 21).  The hostels are central and easily accessible.

When is your Travelers Centre open?

Is it safe to travel in the West Bank and Egypt?

While the region may be politically unstable, surprisingly this affects tourism and tour operations minimally.  While the best place to look for travel safety advice is your own countries’ Foreign Ministry site, you can rest assured that we take thousands of tourists through these areas every year without incident.
