Suggested Itineraries

These itineraries are suggestions only, and are open to changes. They don’t include Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, since you can spend time there before or after your journey on the Abraham Bus.

If you start on Sunday: (minimum 6 days)

Sunday: Take the Abraham Bus up to Haifa, stopping at Caesarea and Dor Habonim beach on the way, check into Port Inn hostel, afternoon at the port or museums, evening in the German Colony.

Monday: Visit the Baha’i Gardens independently, or take the tour at midday. Take the train to Akko, Check in to the Gate Hostel, and Visit the Old City marketplaces in the afternoon and evening.

Tuesday: Wander through the Old City, this time focusing on historical sites. Lunch in the market or at the port. Relax on the beach. Take the Abraham Bus to Nazareth in the evening.

Wednesday: Tour Nazareth, alone or on Fauzi Azar Inn’s free walking tour. spend the night in Nazareth.

Thursday: Take Abraham Tours’ Golan-Galilee day tour leaving from Nazareth, and get dropped off at the end at your hostel in Tiberias. Spend the evening by the Sea of Galilee.

Friday: Take the Abraham Bus back to Jerusalem, and visit Beit She’an on the way, before driving through the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, including a stop to see the beautiful monastery built at the deep desert canyon of Wadi Qelt.

If you start on Tuesday: (minimum 7 days)

Tuesday: Take the Abraham Bus up to Haifa, stopping at Caesarea and Dor Habonim beach on the way, check into Port Inn hostel, afternoon at the port or museums, evening in the German Colony.

Wednesday: Visit the Baha’i Gardens in the morning. Explore further neighborhoods of Haifa, such as Kababir and Stella Maris. Alternatively, you can take the train to Akko for an afternoon and evening in the Old City, and stay there overnight at the Gate Hostel.

Thursday: Enjoy Haifa beaches or explore the Old City of Akko in the morning-noon, and then take the Abraham Bus to Nazareth in the afternoon, and spend there the night.

Friday: Continue on to Safed.The Abraham Bus will take your bags to the Safed Inn, if you wish, while you walk through the city. The synagogues will be particularly active on Friday evening after sunset, although you should refrain from taking photos of religious Jews.

Saturday: Spend the day in Safed, or in one of the nearby nature reserves. In the evening take a public bus to Tiberias, and spend the evening by the Sea of Galilee.

Sunday: Take Abraham Tours’ Golan-Galilee day tour leaving from Tiberias, and get dropped off back at your hostel in Tiberias.

Monday: Take the Abraham Bus back to Jerusalem, and visit Beit She’an on the way, before driving through the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, including a stop to see the beautiful monastery built at the deep desert canyon of Wadi Qelt.

If you start on Tuesday: (minimum 4 days)

Tuesday: Take the Abraham bus to Nazareth, and visit during the day Caesarea, enjoy the stop at Dor Habonim beach and explore the old city of Akko. Continue to Nazareth and spend there the night.

Wednesday: Explore Nazareth and its nearby sites.

Thursday: Take Abraham Tours’ Golan-Galilee day tour leaving from Nazareth.

Friday: Hop on the Abraham bus in Nazareth, visit Safed, Capernaum and Beit She’an, before driving through the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, including a stop to see a beautiful monastery built at the deep desert canyon of Wadi Qelt.

If you start on Thursday: (minimum 5 days)

Thursday: Take the Abraham Bus up to Haifa, stopping at Caesarea and Dor Habonim on the way, check into Port Inn hostel, afternoon at the port or museums, evening in the German Colony. At night you can join an organized Pub Crawl and a night tour. Spend the night in Haifa.

Saturday: Take a shared taxi to Akko, and explore the city in the morning. In the afternoon take a bus to Nazareth, and go to visit the churches. Spend the night in Nazareth.

Sunday: Take Abraham Tours’ Golan-Galilee day tour leaving from Nazareth. Spend the night in Nazareth.

Monday: Hop on the Abraham bus in Nazareth, visit Safed, Capernaum and Beit She’an, before driving through the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, including a stop to see a beautiful monastery built at the deep desert canyon of Wadi Qelt.

Saturday: In the late morning, hop on the Abraham bus in Nazareth, and go to Cana to visit the Church of Wedding, and after continue to Tabgha and Capernaum. In the afternoon you will be dropped off at your hostel in Tiberias.

Saturday: Take the Abraham Bus to Tiberias, the bus stops on the way at Church of Annunciation in Nazareth, Church of Wedding in Cana, Tabgha and Capernaum. Spend the night in Tiberias.

Sunday: Take Abraham Tours’ Golan-Galilee day tour leaving from Tiberias, and get dropped off at the end at your hostel in Tiberias. Spend the evening by the Sea of Galilee.

Monday: Take the Abraham Bus back to Jerusalem, and visit Beit She’an on the way, before driving through the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, including a stop to see a beautiful monastery built at the deep desert canyon of Wadi Qelt.

The selected tours will be reserved for you for 30 minutes. If you do not complete the reservation, after 30 minutes, the tours will be released for purchase by others.
